Terms of Service
These are the terms you agree to when you buy from LAMIXO. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who we are
LAMIXO operates the website at lamixo.com from Farm 979, Al Bahyah Farms 2, Al Bahyah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. "We", "us" and "our" mean LAMIXO. "You" means the person using the site.
2. Your account
You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep the password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our staff, or repeated abuse of the returns policy.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we decline, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and errors
Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT for UAE orders. They can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already dispatched.
Any crossed-out "compare at" price is a reference price calculated by the same formula for every product in the catalogue.
Occasionally an item is mispriced. Where the error is obvious we will contact you before dispatch and let you confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to sell at an obviously wrong price.
5. Availability
Stock figures are our best information at the time you look. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we cancel that line and refund it. We do not substitute a different product without asking you.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail in Shipping & Delivery.
7. Returns
Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in it limits your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
8. Using the site
Please do not scrape or copy the site systematically, attempt to break its security, upload anything malicious, resell our content, or use LAMIXO to break the law. We may withdraw access for any of these.
9. Intellectual property
The LAMIXO name, logo, site design, text and photography are ours or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us content, you keep ownership but grant us a licence to display it in connection with the store. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or someone else's. We may remove content that breaches this.
11. Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something genuinely beyond our control — carrier failure, customs action, extreme weather, strikes, power or network outages. We will tell you and offer a refund if the delay becomes unreasonable.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall to the courts of Abu Dhabi. We would much rather sort it out by email first — write to contact@lamixo.com.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that governs that order.
