Privacy Policy
This explains what LAMIXO collects about you, why, who else sees it, and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
What we collect

We never receive your full card number. It goes straight to the payment provider. We see the last four digits, the card type, and whether it succeeded.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order — take payment, ship it, tell you where it is, handle returns. Without this data there is no order.
- To support you — answer your questions and investigate problems.
- To run and improve the shop — see what is selling, find what is broken, keep the site fast.
- To prevent fraud — protect you and us from stolen cards and fake orders.
- To market to you — only where you have opted in, or where you are an existing customer and we are telling you about similar products. Every message has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what a supplier needs to do its job:

Some of these operate outside the UAE. Where data is transferred abroad we rely on the provider's contractual data-protection commitments.

How long we keep it
- Order records — retained for the period UAE tax and commercial law requires.
- Account data — until you ask us to delete it.
- Support emails — 24 months.
- Marketing consent — until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, stop using it for marketing, or send you a copy in a portable format. Email contact@lamixo.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first — that is to protect you, not to delay you.
Deleting your data does not delete order records we are legally required to keep.
Children
LAMIXO is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will remove it.
