What to include
- Your order number — it starts with #.
- A photo if the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Include the packaging.
- The email address you ordered with, if it is different from the one you are writing from.
A note on scams. We will never ask for your full card number, PIN, CVV or a one-time code, and we will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you get a message like that claiming to be LAMIXO, it isn't — forward it to contact@lamixo.com.
