  • Your order doesn't match the item description or photos
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item couldn't be delivered, arrived late, or was lost in transit

We've got your back if something goes wrong. Here's how it works:

Request a return

Email contact@lamixo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) and the reason. For damaged, wrong or missing items, tell us within 48 hours and add a photo of the item and the packaging.

Awaiting pick-up

Pack the item(s) carefully in the original packaging. We arrange a free courier pick-up from your address. Returns are free for every UAE order. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached; see the Returns & Refunds policy for exceptions.

Get refunded

Once your return is received and checked, we refund your original payment method — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Tabby or Tamara. You receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued; banks usually post it within 5–10 business days.
