This policy covers product listings, images, videos, descriptions, reviews and any other content shown on lamixo.com, including content supplied by our suppliers and partners. It applies to copyrights, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property rights recognized under UAE law.

2. How to report an infringement

If you are the rights owner, or authorized to act for one, email contact@lamixo.com with the subject line "IP report" and include:

1. Your name, company (if any), postal address and email.
2. A description of the protected work or trademark, with registration numbers where available.
3. The exact LAMIXO page link(s) for each item you believe infringes.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

We acknowledge reports within 2 business days. If a report is complete, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content and notify the supplier involved. We may contact you for more information.

4. Counter-notice

If content you supplied was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why, with evidence of your rights or permission. We may share it with the person who filed the original report.

5. Repeat infringement

We stop working with suppliers or partners who repeatedly list infringing products.

6. Misuse of this process

Knowingly submitting a false report can create legal liability. Please consider whether the use may be authorized or lawful before you report it.

7. LAMIXO's own intellectual property

The LAMIXO name, logo, website design and original content belong to LAMIXO and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
